Bundaberg Toy Library – Open for Fun & Learning! 🙂
The Bundaberg Disability Resource Centre and Toy Library have a great team of friendly and motivated staff and volunteers.
Our Staff
School Services Coordinator
Melissa joined as a member in February 2014 as a borrower looking for resources and toys for her daughter with a language delay. She has 4 school-age daughters and loves seeing them grow and develop their own interests. She became School Services Coordinator in November 2016. She loves purchasing new toys and resources and enjoys finding new things to add to the library’s already large range of items. As the School Services Coordinator she assists the Education Advisor to provide resources to local schools.
Education Advisor
Vivien has had a long career in education, starting as a Primary School Teacher in a state school in Brisbane. She went on to work in Primary, Secondary, Special Education and TAFE. She has worked in both private and state education. Her specialized areas are in Library Services and Special Education. She believes passionately in supporting students with resources that enable them to access their learning programs to achieve amazing things!
Our Volunteers
We value our great team of volunteers.
They are a real asset to the smooth running of the Toy Library. Please see the Become a Volunteer page if you would like to join the team.
